Sale insights so ERP systems can ensure sales insights into the performance of Amazon and finally speed up customer response by optimizing the system for consumer demands.

 2. Coca-Cola

The firm is one of the most leading in sales globally and their business model is handled through concentrated firms and completed products. Another advantage is that the firm now has a firm wide intranet connection which is a huge step forward with technology. The most important aspect of the services is the accounting and financial system allocating with data as transactions cannot be straight forward and calculated without the SAP system occurring within the technology aspect of the firm.

3. Starbucks

Starbucks is a global franchise coffeehouse chain that specializes in tea and coffee drinks, bakery and lunch meals. Starbucks use a chain business model where most of its revenue comes from its own franchise. Their strategy involves integrating technology into different business processes and they utilize a business management ERP Oracle system which includes a cloud-based software programme used in daily activities (Periera, 2023).
